Professional School
Opened in March of 2020, the “Limye Lavi Learning Center”, or Professional School, is our new resource we are offering to help prepare our young people for their future endeavors and/or gain a competitive advantage in their careers. With the assistance of online tutoring classes provided by US stateside instructors, students can receive support and continue their educational journey outside of the traditional classroom. Additionally, students have the opportunity to attend English & computer classes to help develop new skills while obtaining a competitive edge on the job market. Furthermore, the Learning Center offers a space for young people to gather, collaborate, and grow together.

How Can You Help?
With your contribution of $100/month or $1,200/year, you can equip the youth in Haiti to gain valuable educational skills, which will enable them to have a competitive advantage in the workforce.
English Literacy Courses
To compete with peers from across the globe, learning the English language is a skill that will help young adults from Haiti gain a competitive advantage when applying to the workforce in their own country and abroad. Through our volunteer English tutors who are based in the United States, we utilize distance learning language teaching methods to provide access to high-quality and relevant education in english literacy.
Computer Literacy Courses
As the entire globe moves towards a heavier reliance on technology for daily life, the majority of Haitians do not have access to a computer. To equip them with skills to navigate through the computer and the internet, in order to find more meaningful employment, we offer computer courses and computer lab hours where students are able to build their computing skills.
